This is the vocal mix to dBerries unreal Flamingo Records release "Aquarius". The only thing that could make this track better was vocals and Tatiana Owens' vocals are perfect for the instrumental. Stream it below and download it for free.
Anything The Knocks touch turns to gold, this remix to Teagan and Sara's track "Closer" is going to be included on a Teagan and Sara remix EP to be released soon. Just came across this dope new Miguel remix, never heard of Kastle before but I will definitely be keeping my eye on him after this one. Theres really nothing more that needs to be said it's too good. Listen to it.
Indie rock artist Wavves just dropped his latest single off of his forthcoming album Afraid Of Heights which is set to drop March 26th. I havent been keeping tabs on Wavves for too long but everything I've heard from him I've genuinely loved. This one has a bit of a darker feel but still a dope song. Check it out below and the album is available for pre-order now.
Tiesto put his own touches on Passion Pit's single "Carried Away"off of their latest album Gossamer and he morphed it into a full on big room house anthem. He's always been one to kill indie-house remixes. He also released a fairly bizarre official video for the track which you can check out above and the remix is available on beatport now. Enjoy.
I'm a little late on this but couldn't hold back Ryan Hemsworth newest progressive trap masterpiece. He released "BasedWorld" to start off 2013, it's an airy track that still retains the choppy trap drums and the two sounds work perfectly together. Check it out below.

G.O.O.D Music's Pusha T released his highly anticipated mixtape Wrath of Caine today and in the two hours it's been out it's already been downloaded over 15,000 times on Datpiff alone. The production throughout the tape is big and hard-hitting and comes from the likes of Young Chop, Jake One and The Neptunes. Pusha is hands down one of the strongest MC's out right now and for Wrath of Caine he teams up with French Montana, Rick Ross and Wale. I've been patiently waiting for a Pusha solo project since Cruel Summer and it's lived up to all of my expectations thus far. Check it out in full and download Wrath of Caine in full below.
Brenton Matheus links up with Archie for one of the biggest collabs of his young, promising career. Their track titled "Kingdom" just dropped for a free download, and it's a must have for any house fan. Brenton's vocals are top notch and Archie kills the production as always. Stream and download it below.

Casey Veggies dropped his latest mixtape Life Changes a few days ago and it's a solid addition to his growing catalogue of great tracks and mixtapes. The former Odd Future member brings his classic old-school sounding flow with features from the likes of Dom Kennedy and BJ The Chicago kid and production from Harry Fraud among others. Check it out in full and download it below.
Toronto's Omar LinX hops on Adventure Club's track that has probably been one of their biggest remixes to date, their spin on Foxes' track "Youth". LinX spits some real lyrics over the dubstep instrumental, telling of all he's learned in his time in the music game. Solid track from a dope artist that I've just recently been put onto. Check out the song in the video above and hit the links below to learn more about Omar and hear all his past work.

Another dude looking forward to the release of a highly anticipated mixtape is NYC's own Yonas. He's gearing up for the release of his newest tape titled The Black Canvas. His last few releases have honestly been the best songs I've heard from him so far and he murders this Teddy Roxpin produced track titled "Clockwork". Visuals above were directed and edited by Jakob Owens, check it out and get hyped for The Black Canvas which drops on 2/4/13.

Pusha gears up for the release of his forthcoming mixtape Wrath Of Caine by dropping a little teaser track with MMG's Wale. The full mixtape will be coming later today and is highly anticipated. There hasn't been much solo Pusha music to listen to in a little while so I'm definitely looking forward to it. He's one of the strongest rappers out right now so the mixtape should be dope. Be on the lookout for that later today. For now check out "Only You Can Tell It" and enjoy.

Really impressive new video from D-WHY for his track "2,000 Miles" off of his recently released debut free album Dont Flatter Yourself. As always the one and only Jakob Owens shot and edited the video and he completely outdid himself. Has to be D-WHY's best one yet, check it out above and click the link below to download DFY if you havent already.
It's been a little while since The Electric Sons have hit us with any new material but yesterday they released a new track and video titled "Breathing Electricity". Last song you heard from them was Kyoto, and this is another dope uptempo electro influenced indie track. The instrumentals paired with the the electronic aspects of the beat liken their sound to groups like Passion Pit. Definitely a pair to keep an eye on. Check out the video above and download the song below for free.
It's been a solid week since I've posted anything on the site so time to get back into it. First thing I saw today when I woke up was a new track from trap producers Hudson Mohawke and Lunice, collectively known as TNGHT. If you heard any of their hit TNGHT EP released earlier this year you will most likely connect with this new one. It has that signature TNGHT sound they've perfected. Check it out below.

Wale releases the video for his track "Never Never" off of his latest mixtape Folarin. The DJ Clark Kent presented mixtape dropped a little while ago and the majority of it was a welcome departure from the MMG sound that we heard on his latest album Ambition. Much of this project was Wale going in over slower, more soulful beats which is definitely one of his strong points. Check out the video and download Folarin if you haven't. Be on the lookout for more from Wale on MMG's mixtape coming soon.

Yonas consistently brings some of the most real, relatable lyricism in hip-hop today and his newest leak off of his upcoming EP The Black Canvas is pure gold. No clue who it is on the hook but it's a perfect addition to the song and the beat has a perfect tempo for Yonas' flow. Anticipation is high for The Black Canvas which is set to drop February 4th. Check out "Temptation" below.
Here's the latest set of visuals from TDE's Ab-Soul directed by Fredo Tovar and Scott Fleischman for his Kendrick Lamar assisted track "ILLuminate". This track is off of his latest solo effort Control System which was arguably one of the top albums of the year. Many people had it in their top 10's along with Kendrick's GKMC. If you haven't given Control System a listen its time to change that, check out "ILLuminate" above and the album is available in stores now.
Fresh new song from Boston MC Hendersin titled "The World Is Yours" that just dropped today. It's been a long while since I've posted any of Hendersin's music, his delivery and flow have definitely improved since the last taste I got of his music, this has to be his best track yet. It's got a super catchy hook and some lyrically packed verses from Hendersin that had me pressing replay. Check it out above and enjoy.

Seems like bootleg packs are the thing to do these days as here we have another bootleg pack from yet another extremely talented, young up-and-comer in the EDM scene, Aylen. Aylen has consistently impressed with several remixes in 2012 and it is definitely looking to be a big year for the young producer in 2013. This bootleg pack features a bunch of bootlegs and mashups that Aylen has been playing in his live set for the past year. You can listen to it in one continuous mix below and download the tracked out version for free as well.
Mashup and bootleg superstar Kap Slap is back with his latest full project, Volume 1 of his Bootie Bundle series. This is the latest infectious progressive house track to be released on Eric Prydz's label Pryda Friends by Fehrplay who is sure to have a huge 2013. It's a melodic track that was initially debuted on Epic Radio and later chosen as an essential new tune by BBC Radio 1's Pete Tong. It's not available for download yet but you can stream it below.
I've been taking some days off to say the least this break but every once in a while a song drops that I absolutely cannot overlook. Brooklyn's Joey Bada$$ hooked up with hip-hop legend DJ Premier for his newest song "Unorthodox" which is being distributed for free via Mountain Dew's Green Label Sound. Joey's flow just bounces over the classic 90's boom-bap sound, it seemed like it was only a matter of time before he collabed with Premier. This one just has to be heard, check it out below its a must download for any hip-hop fan.

It's been a little while since we've heard from the MisterWives out of Astoria, Queens. They closed out 2012 strong with some great shows and new singles. What I can tell you is that 2013 is going to be the year the MisterWives reach another level. To start the year off with a bang, they released a new single entitled "The Western". This new track opens ups with a smooth folk feel with Mandy singing over the piano. Then the hook hits you with an uptempo kick supplied by percussion, guitar, and bass. You will be clapping along instantly. The folk/soul verses and harmonic hook provide a perfect balance throughout this amazing jam. I'm sure you will be enjoying "The Western" as much as I am.
The MisterWives are also kicking off '13 with another show. This time they hit the famous Canal Room on February 1st in NYC. If you haven't been to one of their shows, you are missing out. One of the best live performers I've seen in a while. The stage presence and crowd involvement the MisterwWives provide is top notch. Check out their Facebook and SoundCloud below for all things MisterWives and head to the show!

It's clear Mac has some strong ties in the hip-hop community these days no matter how much hate people try to throw his way. He's down with the Odd Future crew and now he's got songs with almost all of TDE. This time around he links up with TDE spiritual advisor Ab-Soul for his new song "All The Time" produced by Chuck Inglish, formerly of The Cool Kids. No word on whether this song is off of his upcoming album Watching Movies With The Sound Off or if it's just a random freebie but I'll take it either way. Give it a listen and download it below.

This girls been taking over the internet today with a preview for her newest single "When Worlds Collide". Zara Larsson is a 15 year old singer (yes 15) out of Stockholm, Sweden who was the winner of an American Idol-like talent contest in Sweden back in '08. She's signed to Universal and will be releasing her debut EP titled Introducing in 2013. This preview was just released and from the moment she started singing I was blown away. For such a young girl she's got a ridiculously powerful voice. My guess is there are now electro and house producers lining up for days to collaborate with this girl, her vocals over a powerful house instrumental could be pretty unbelievable. Hear her voice for yourself in the video above and click here to check out her other single off of her forthcoming EP, "Uncover". My guess is you should prepare to hear this name pretty regularly moving forward.

Matt Patterson has made a few appearances on the site but it's been a while since we've heard any new material from the singer out of Rockaway Queens. I'd been seeing some chatter on twitter that he was gearing up for the release of a new project, and the other day he dropped the first track and video off of his upcoming project Back In Business. Matt shows his range in "Let Em Talk", his voice is sounding better than ever and the official video for the song is dope. Back In Business is definitely looking up, check out the video above and be on the lookout for more from Matt coming soon.

The man behind the top album of 2012 is back to start rolling out the visuals for songs off of the critically acclaimed good kid, m.A.A.d City, starting with the video for his hard-hitting single "Backseat Freestyle". This one takes us from Paris to Kendrick's hometown of Compton, CA and introduces us to a few characters who are mainstays in skits and songs on the album like Kendrick's childhood girl Sherane, and his parents. Word is Kendrick will be turning the entire album into a short film, for which they've already started filming the videos. He called the album a short film from the get go, so it should be interesting to see all of his lyrics play out in a short film. For now check out "Backseat Freestyle" above and enjoy.
OnCue delivers with his first single in a long while, this one serves as the first taste off his upcoming project Angry Young Man. I can't wait for the drop of another full project from Cuey, he's been one of the top up-and-comers out for a long while now and it's about time he got all the shine he deserves. For "Cereal" he teams up with CJ Luzi once again to add yet another dope track to their collection of excellent songs together. Give this one a listen below and be on the lookout for more coming from OnCue and Angry Young Man. Enjoy.
